Step 1: Put the earbuds in pairing mode
Take both earbuds out of the case (or hold the case button, depending on the model) until the LED starts flashing — that\’s pairing mode.
Step 2: Open Bluetooth settings on your phone
On Android, this is usually Settings > Connected devices > Pair new device. On iPhone, it\’s Settings > Bluetooth.
Step 3: Select the earbuds from the list
They\’ll typically appear by model name. Tap to connect, and most earbuds connect within a few seconds.
If they don\’t show up
Put them back in the case, close it, wait five seconds, and repeat the pairing mode step — this resolves the majority of first-time pairing failures.
